I love having treats on hand always, but especially as we get closer to the colder months and holidays. That is why I’m sharing three of my favorite Easy Healthy Fall Treats that you’re going to love! Hence the word easy. As much as I like my cleaning to be easy, I also like my cooking to be easy.

Rolled Oats Peanut Butter Balls


1 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
cinnamon (optional)


  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients
  2. Roll into balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes before eating
No-Bake Birthday Cake Protein Balls


1/3 cup cashew butter
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp almond flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
sprinkles (optional)


  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients
  2. Roll into balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes before eating
Mini Mixed Berry Crisps


4 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon coconut palm sugar
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup oats
1 tablespoon coconut oil
granola for toppings (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
  2. In a mixing bowl, add mixed berries, lemon juice, coconut palm sugar, and cornstarch. Mix well and put aside
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, mix together oats, granola (optional), and coconut oil
  4. Divide the berries mix between 4 ramekins, top them with the topping mix, and bake at 350°F for about 20-25 minutes.
