When it rains frequently, it’s much easier to bring mud and dirt into your home. We highly recommend designating a single entrance to use after spending time outdoors. Put down a mat and get into a routine to make sure you don’t track mud inside.
But mud happens. That’s why we make surface-specific products to make your life easier.
Weiman Hardwood Floor Cleaner uses a pH-neutral, plant-derived formula to flawlessly clean floors. It’s recommended for most hard-surface flooring and removes dust, dirt, and scuff marks, among other things. You also don’t need to worry about streaks. The streak-free formula makes cleaning even easier. Look how simple it is to apply:
- Sweep or vacuum to remove debris from the floor
- Squeeze a generous amount of Weiman Hardwood Floor Cleaner directly onto the floor
- Spread evenly with a clean, damp mop
- Allow 10-15 minutes for the floor to dry
Unfortunately, mud and dirt aren’t the only enemies for wood floors in the spring. Did you know roughly 40 million people move in the United States each year? The American Community Survey estimates roughly 80% of those moves happen between April and September.
When people change homes and move furniture, scratches on wood floors happen. It’s hard to avoid them. It’s usually a good idea to use gliders or put down cardboard over the wood floors when moving heavy appliances or furniture.

Weiman Hardwood Polish & Restorer
- Sweep or vacuum to remove debris from the floor
- Squeeze a generous amount of Weiman High-Traffic Hardwood Polish & Restorer directly onto a clean floor using a zigzag motion
- Spread evenly with a clean, dry mop
- Allow 30 minutes for the floor to dry to a natural shine
If a glossier shine is desired, additional coats may be applied. Allow 45-60 minutes in between coats. Do not apply more than three coats in a 24-hour period. We recommend testing on an inconspicuous area before use.
